These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Pakrumy platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to everything set out below. Please read carefully before you start playing.

Use a strong, unique password for your Pakrumy account. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. Pakrumy cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a failure to protect your credentials.
Pakrumy may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing account management. Verification documents may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
All deposits on Pakrumy are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Pakrumy does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits made using a payment method not registered in your name may be refused and returned.
Only deposit funds that belong to you. Pakrumy does not accept deposits from third parties, borrowed money or funds obtained through any form of financial crime. Using the platform to process or conceal illegitimate funds will result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. Processing times vary by method but most requests are completed within minutes to a few hours during normal operating periods.
Pakrumy may delay or refuse a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect account abuse, bonus exploitation, money laundering or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you and may request additional documentation before a decision is made.

The Pakrumy sportsbook covers cricket — including the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 Internationals, ODIs and Test matches — alongside football, esports and other sports. All betting activity on the platform is subject to the following rules.
A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Pakrumy system. A confirmation message and bet reference number will be displayed on screen. It is your responsibility to check that the details of any accepted bet are correct before the event begins. Bets placed in error cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation.
Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. In-play odds update continuously and the platform may suspend markets at any time during a live event.
A bet may be voided in the following circumstances:
Voided bets are returned to your account balance at stake value. Winnings associated with voided legs in accumulators are recalculated accordingly.
Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day and per market type. Current limits are available in the sportsbook rules section. Pakrumy reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual players or on specific markets at its discretion.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion details. For example, a wagering requirement of 10x on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games and slots may have different contribution rates as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded markets or game types will not count towards wagering progress.
Pakrumy takes a firm approach to bonus abuse. The following activities are considered abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension:

Pakrumy provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
