No. Each player is only allowed one account. Duplicate accounts are detected by our system and will be flagged immediately. Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include:

• Your account identity verification (KYC) is incomplete

• High volume of requests during peak hours — especially on PSL match days

If none of these apply and your request has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact support with your withdrawal reference number for a status update.
